Good list, Ken, but a little too abbreviated for me. What is 3M Window Film and why is it a good deterrent? Same question about tack strips?

@Saratov  The window film is here: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B008VHKI9W/ref=as_li_ss_tl?ie=UTF8&camp=1789&creative=390957&creativeASIN=B008VHKI9W&linkCode=as2&tag=cleversurviv-20. It isn't the 3M brand, but it will tell you what it is.

Tack strips are the things used by police officers across the road, and there are smaller versions that will be scattered throughout an area for people on foot. Try this: http://www.chiefsupply.com/phoenix-intl-magnum-spike-strip-tire-deflation-device.html.
